How to Delegate GoDaddy Access to ODM Systems

Created by Oliver M, Modified on Mon, 15 Jan at 7:36 PM by Oliver M

First, sign into your GoDaddy account.

Next, click "Account Settings" and then from the box that pops up click "Delegate Access."

On the right side of the screen, click "Invite to Access."

On the next screen, fill in the required fields and then click the Invite button:

Name: Enter ODM Systems

Email: Enter the email address provided to you by the technician at ODM Systems

Access Level: This depends on the support level agreed-upon with ODM Systems. If you'd like ODM Systems to manage all aspects of your DNS/Domains including renewals, then select the first option "Products, Domains & Purchase."

If you'd like ODM Systems to be able to manage all domains but not purchase domains or renewals, then select "Products & Domains."

If you want to provide more limited access, please note that this will require an additional step. If you only have a specific domain or a list of specific domains that you'd like to provide access to, without allowing ODM to make changes to other domains, then select "Domains Only" and after the invitation is accepted by ODM Systems you will be able to select the specific domains that can be controlled by following these instructions: https://ca.godaddy.com/help/assign-folder-permissions-for-delegates-32180
